Professional Development Questionnaire
We offered two trainings on Career Awareness Integration in January 2019.  We would like to know your opinion of the training you attended and your general opinions of on-line versus face-to-face trainings.  This information will be used for an action research project I am conducting for a class but will also give the leadership team some useful information on whether more on-line trainings should be offered for our staff.  Please give as much detail as you can.  

To refresh your memory, the face-to-face training included a checklist of ways to integrate career awareness into the classroom.  After attendees had a chance to check what they currently do, they discussed in groups what they do or might be able to do with other teachers at their level.  They then came up with one idea to try in their classroom and turned it in.  The on-line training mimicked this process after watching a video presentation.
