City of Euclid - Lakefront Special Improvement District (SID) - Pre-Application Form
The purpose of this pre-application form is to determine the level of interest in, and need for, a shoreline special improvement district (SID) that will enable private property owners to voluntary enter into an assessment agreement that will help to fund erosion control infrastructure on their property. The data gathered through this pre-application will be used to solicit interest from potential funders for the SID.
