The Season Finale is almost here!   As we finalize plans for the 10/24/2020 Indianapolis Showcase at Lucas Oil, please complete this form to request tickets to the Marching Band Showcase in Lucas Oil Stadium and commit to your student's transportation plan.   If you have multiple students, please complete a separate form for each student.

Tickets
Please request your tickets below.  Each family is invited to come enjoy the showcase with 6 tickets per student at no cost.  Gates will open by 3:30 pm and the program starts at 4:30.  Pre-show Mason Band videos will be shown on the big screen from 3:30-4:30.  No food or beverage are available in the stadium.  

Transportation
There are two options:
1) Families may transport their own student and drop-off/sign-out at Bullseye Event Center.  This simply requires completing an online transportation waiver (included in this form).  

                 10:45-11:00am --Drop-off in Indianapolis (Bullseye Event Center)
                 7:00-7:45pm--Sign-Out in Indianapolis (Bullseye Event Center)

2). Students may ride the bus.  The bus experience will be different than the traditional charter experience due to the ongoing pandemic.   To commit to the bus, you must confirm you agree that:
     -Mason City Schools, Mason Bands and Executive Charter Company can not guarantee 6 feet distance on the bus.   Students will be sitting side-by-side and we can not guarantee empty seats between students.  
     -Students will be assigned a seat to facilitate spacing and support contact tracing, if needed.
     -Students will be required to wear a mask at all times on the bus covering their nose and mouth.
     -Students will not be permitted to eat or drink on the bus.  
     -Mason Bands secured KN-95 masks for bus riders.  They will be required for all travelers riding the bus.  You may wear your own KN95/N95 mask or the one provided by the band.   Personal masks may be worn upon arrival in Indianapolis.
