As one of the functions of the CAC, pursuant to EC Section 56207(b)(7), the Local Plan section(s): Section B: Governance and Administration: and Section E: Annual Service Plan must be provided to the CAC for final review 30 days prior to the plan being submitted the CDE.  In keeping with Ed Code, we are providing an opportunity for our CAC members to comment on Sections B and E.  Please make sure to give all information for each comment, so we can properly address the comments.  Your email and name are optional, but may make it much easier to address your comments.  If you have more than 5 comments, please complete an additional form.
