This is the nomination form for the Orchestrating Change Leadership Program run by the Canton Symphony Orchestra. The program is designed to help diverse students pursuing careers in music develop as leaders, understand the field more thoroughly, and think critically about change making.

Rising college freshman through college seniors graduating in Spring of 2022 are eligible to be nominated for this summer program. Nominators should choose students from diverse backgrounds who are looking to create change in the field and have an attitude for innovation.

Nominators should discuss the nomination process with the student they wish to nominate. Nominated students will be asked to submit a statement detailing why they wish to be a part of this program.

Participants will receive a $250 stipend.

Nominations of students are due by March 11, 2022.
