When filling out all options in this form, please do so with as much detail as possible, to expedite the confirmation process and to ensure all details about your build are correct.

By submitting this form, the client understands that the build services will be performed the standards set by the service provider. The client assumes all responsibility for damages and/or loss incurred in the process of shipping in handling to and from the service provider. The client is responsible for covering the shipping and handling to and from the service provider, including shipping logistics, as well as import duties, which will be included in an invoice along with return shipping provided to the client upon completion of the services.

Build Service Details:
1. Client gathers all parts/accessories necessary for the build. Apart from lube or switch-modding services, the service provider will not provide any parts of their own.

2. Client ships parts to Jyojoh at their own cost. You will then be invoiced for services, if applicable.

3. Keyboard is assembled, with the ability to view the process live at https://twitch.tv/jyojoh 

4. Client is invoiced for return shipping, and keyboard is returned.
