Washington Robotics Competition Sponsorship Opportunities & Commitment Form

Washington Court House City Schools is proud to announce that it has been chosen to host a regionals-qualifying VEX Robotics competition for high school and middle school robotics teams. The tournament, scheduled for January 27th, 2024, will take place at Washington High School, drawing over 50 teams from across Ohio and Kentucky, including the district's own high school and middle school teams.

VEX Robotics encourages science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) learning and career experience. During competition, students must learn to design, engineer, build, and program a robot designed to complete a series of specific tasks as specified by the competition. Parts, registration fees, and team fees, as well as the cost of updating the competition fields require us to seek out funding to ensure students can continue to gain this valuable career experience that can be used beyond high school.

Your financial support will not only contribute to the success of the event, but it will provide an incredible opportunity to empower the kids of our community to create, collaborate, and develop the skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape.  If interested, please see our sponsorship levels and complete the form below.

Team Sponsor: $25 to $49
● Logo or name displayed at Blue Lion team pit areas. 

Bronze: $50
● Name displayed on team t-shirts (uniform worn all season)*

Silver: $200
● Everything above, plus
● Logo/name displayed on TV screens during competition
● Up to two (2) free official team shirts

Gold: $500 ~ ONLY 10 AVAILABLE
● Everything above, plus
● Logo/name full screen advertisements
● PA Announcements throughout Washington Robotics Competition

Diamond: $1,000 ~ ONLY 5 AVAILABLE
● Everything above, plus
● Logo banner in pit throughout Washington Robotics Competition
● Up to eight (8) free official team shirts


All proceeds will benefit the Washington Robotics Competition and Program.

If you have selected a tier that includes advertisement using a logo, please send a file of your logo to anthony.amore@wchcs.org upon completing this form. If a logo is not received by the date T-shirt shirts are ordered, the sponsor's name will be used in substitute of a logo using a font selected by the team.

Sponsorships will not be valid until a check received for no less than the full amount of the requested tier. All sponsorships are non-refundable.

Sponsorship levels are determined based on the amount donated to the program/competition. Sponsors can exceed the amount required to reach a sponsorship tier (ex. “Company ABC” donates $515.06 and receives Gold Tier sponsorship perks).

Some packages and items are on a limited basis and will be first come, first serve. This is to ensure that our sponsors receive an adequate amount of time to advertise during our competition. Please ensure you include a valid email or phone number so that we can attempt to notify you before making any changes to your requested sponsorship level. Once sponsorship levels are filled we will begin filling the sponsorship level directly below it.
