Needless to say, we want to hold our EFT training with responsibility and care.  

Please read the following carefully and respond upon receiving this to confirm your registration process.

Did you get a Covid Vaccine?

Yes you will still need a test even if you got the vaccine.
REQUIRED: Pre-Travel Covid test
    To be safest we will all be taking a pre-travel PCR Covid test after quarantining for 5-7 days.
 SEE: https://www.everlywell.com/products/covid-19-test/ - or find another source in your area. Take this 1-2 days before you come, so you can have your results on hand 1-2 days before your arrival. These tests are offered by CVS and numerous health care providers.  Schedule your test ahead of time and or order test to do at home to ensure you get results on time.  

Take Extra Care Traveling
Be extra careful in between taking the test and arriving, once again, not exposing yourself to anyone outside your "quaranteam bubble." 
Limit Contact Before Test & Send us Results
  TEST AS LATE AS POSSIBLE BEFORE ARRIVAL.

In order for the the COVID-19 test results to be valid, you will need to limit your contact to your "quarantine bubble" for at least 5-7 days before taking the test. Send us a copy of your test results at marianne@sonyasophia.us.


NOTE: Everyone in your quarantine bubble also needs to be following appropriate safety and sheltering in place guidelines (ie. not going to gatherings, working in a hospital, etc0 for your test to be accurate.

Travel safely
 if you are flying to the training, wear a mask (N-95 if you have access), wash/disinfect hands frequently at stops and keep distance when possible. 
Temperature Test
Upon arrival, everyone will have their temp taken. If you are unwell upon arrival or get sick on the way to us, your tuition will be rolled over to the Fall EFT Training in Oct 2021.
Notice Any Symptoms
If you or anyone in your quarantine bubble show any potential Covid symptoms, or have been around anyone with Covid symptoms, please let us know ASAP.
We will offer you a place in the Fall 2021 EFT Training instead of this one.  

Covid Symptoms:
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.

Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
Trouble breathing
Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
New confusion
Inability to wake or stay awake
Bluish lips or face

Contact Medical Provider
Call your medical provider for any symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
Let us know if you have any limitations or questions around these guidelines.  They are important to keep us all safe!
