MCM Summer Camp Registration Application
Filling out this form is the first step in registering for Summer Camp Maple Corner Montessori. It does not guarantee enrollment. After your application is received, you will be contacted to complete the registration process.

We are only able to offer a full day (9 am - 3 pm) camp option for $160/week. Please note that you can sign up for  all 10 weeks or one week at a time, as long as space is available.
