EXHIBITION
Number of slots: 25
Who can participate: writers who are published as author or as co-authors or are on their way to becoming published authors.
Fees: Rs 1000 (+ charges for furniture if opted)
How can they participate: Step one- fill the form for participation.
Step two- we will get in touch with you for confirmation of details
Step three- finalize registration with payment and event form (registration will not be considered final till the third step)

Note:
- They can opt for a chair and a table at minimal cost.
-They can participate in the interview (will be set up in the premises).
-They can also participate in the book launch with a separate registration. The amount for this registration will be Rs. 1000.
-They can participate in open mic. The charges for participation will be Rs. 100.
In the event that the exhibition participant also participates in other activities, they will need to allot a substitute for their exhibition slot in their absence.

BOOK LAUNCHES
Number of slots: 6
Who can participate: writers who are published as author or as co-authors
Fees: Rs 1000 (Optional: +Rs. 200 for easel | + Rs.300 for poster design)
How can they participate: Step one: fill the form for participation.
Step two: we will get in touch with you for confirmation of details
Step three: finalize registration with payment and event form(registration will not be considered final till the third step)

Note:
-Book launch will be for half an hour
-You can bring your own photographer or you can book the event photographer for your book launch. Charges applied for booking event photographer: Rs. 500
-The complete organization and execution  of the book launch will be done by the participant in lines with the regulations.

OPEN MIC AND OTHER DETAILS
- Number of slots: 24
- Fees: Rs 100
-Open mic will be for 1 hour on both days
-5 mins per person will be given
