Are you a champion for libraries who loves sharing with anyone who will listen that libraries are critical community resources?

If so, please consider joining MLA's Communication Committee! We are currently seeking a content writer for our social media channels. Please note that you must be an MLA member to join a committee.

As a committee member you would work with the MLA Communication Chair to help promote MLA programs and resources. We invite you to be part of the team letting Maine librarians know about library trends and professional development activities, share MLA goals and accomplishments with MLA members, and spread the word to communities and stakeholders about the awesome work Maine libraries are doing!

You will have the opportunity to build a state-wide network of library colleagues through MLA, and it looks great on your resume!
