~You have the choice of a space where you can bring your own tables and displays
or a table can be provided for you (You will choose which you prefer below)
~Electric is available but limited. On a first to pay basis
~Set up begins at 9:30 am NO EARLIER!
~We ask all vendors to be checked in the event no later than 10:30. We do have a waiver and a emergency contact form that needs to be filled out prior to the event.
  ~We will be there earlier to prepare for the event. The doors will not be unlocked until 9:30
~All vendors are asked to donate a raffle item of at least $15 for the event.
  ~We will announce at a later date what the proceeds will benefit. Usually at the holidays we do them to help less fortunate local families with gifts for the kids.
One representative per company will be allowed to have a booth at the event. This just means there will no be someone else from your company completing with you. You can bring someone with you if you would like to help you.
~Once registration is complete you will receive an invoice through Square. You can pay the invoice with a credit or debit card. No Square account is needed.
~If more than one representative from the same company registers the one who pays the invoice first will receive the confirmed space
~Once your payment is received you will be listed below as a confirmed vendor. It usually takes up to 48 hours for the payment to post. Please feel free to check back here at any time to confirm your name listed below.
~Once payment is received there are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
~We will hand out 100 swag bags to guests when they enter the building. You can advertise in these bags for $20. Most companies put in a pen, small sample, business card etc. You can put a coupon in to use the day of the event. Some put something in to get the guests to stop by their table at the event.
   ~All items for these bags are due by November 25th. Items can be sent to Events By. Jennifer Lynn & Company P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562 or the items can be dropped off at an event prior to the event.

~We will advertise at this event through many social media platforms, on event websites such as events I, WFMZ calendar, Facebook paid promotion ads, signs and fliers
~There is no wifi available at this venue
~All vendors are asked to stay until the end of the event. There are no early clean ups

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
