Please have one member from your team fill out this form. Use this form to indicate whether or not your team will be in the year end tournament. This is not a required tournament, not all teams will choose to play in this tournament. If there is no indication (form reply) from your team SEBA will assume the team will not be participating.

SEBA's YET will be scheduled for August 10th- 13th. The schedule will be Single Elimination. Teams may be scheduled for any night of the week. The hope is to play all games at Pasley Park & Harmodon league will take place at Harmodon. Tournament will be based on seeding. Each team MUST have 8 players to start a game.
