Self-Care for the Helping Professions

Are you studying to become a doctor, nurse, social worker, psychologist, or other helping professional? Or do you plan on working in the human services field after convocation? Amanda Demarsh will talk about the importance of caring for yourself in this complex and potentially draining environment, as well as providing tips and tricks for creating your own self-care practice!

Registration is limited to 30 participants.
