PAYMENTS
You can pay by debit/credit card, cash, payment link or bank transfer with no extra charges.

Once the payment (course fee and books) has been made, no refunds apply. This policy is applicable especially for missed classes or to join after the official start date. 
If you are unable to attend the course due to force majeure, UCAM could consider that payment as a payment in advance for the next batch of courses. In these case, the credit should be used within 3 months.

CATCH UP LESSONS
In case you miss one or more lessons, fees for private tutoring can apply in case you want to catch up on another date.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENTS
We require a minimum number of 5 students to be able to run a group course. Otherwise, UCAM has the right to cancel the group. If UCAM is not able to open it, the payment will be totally refunded. 
It will be possible to open a course with less than 5 students in a group but the price will be adapted.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENTS
One group will hold a maximum of 10 students.
