2024 Application Form
Registration for the 2024 Tualatin Youth Track Club will be open Sunday Jan 7th through - Fri Jan 29th 11:59pm. All returning and perspective athletes are required to register between these times. Team acceptance will be based on factors including immediate year returning status, sibling involvement, parent coaching/volunteering ability, time/date of registration, among others. The sooner and athlete is registered the higher likely hood of acceptance. We would love to accommodate all interested, but need to make sure we can maintain adequate coaching and volunteering ratios. We plan to accommodate all returners and siblings, but also plan to take a significant amount of new/perspective athletes. The availability for coaching/volunteering of family members will not only enhance the probability of your child’s involvement it allow us to accommodate many others. The full team list will be notified the week of Monday Feb 5th with official team enrollment (and collection of fees) occurring in the week shortly after.
The fee for the season will be approximately $200-$225 and will cover all costs for the season up through the state meet. Payment will be due on or before February 16th. Scholarships are available for special circumstances. Please email Jeff Smoot at
