SafeTALK Training for Trainers (T4T) is a two-day course that prepares attendees to facilitate safeTALK workshops.

LivingWorks Education is responsible for developing safeTALK, supporting trainers and maintaining quality assurance. All safeTALK trainers are required to be registered with LivingWorks. Attending the T4T will start you on the journey to become a registered safeTALK trainer. SafeTALK is a half-day training course that can help make a difference. It raises awareness and teaches participants a simple 4 step approach to support someone thinking of suicide. SafeTALK introduces easy to remember TALK steps - Tell, Ask, Listen and Keep-safe. These practical steps offer immediate help to someone having thoughts of suicide and supports everyone’s involvement in creating a suicide safer community. You can read more about the workshop here;

The SafeTALK T4T will take place over two consecutive days, 08.30am - 5pm

Participants must attend for the entire duration of the workshop.

Participants must read the essential candidate information and meet the eligibility criteria in order to attend the workshop which includes having attended an ASIST workshop in the last 24 months. Please inform us if you have not received this.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

Following your completion of this booking form, Alice Newton-Leeming of Mental Health Learning will be in touch to confirm the information gathered on this form, and discuss your booking with a view to confirm your place.

Once your place has been confirmed, payment must be made within 28 days.

Refund Policy
100% of the workshop cost will be given where a cancellation has been made a month in advance of the workshop date.
50% of the workshop cost will be given for cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.
No refund will be given for any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.
