Please use the following form to submit any scratches for the 2022-2023 season. Please note that a separate form must be submitted for each athlete or routine being scratched. Once submitted, the same link can be used to open a new form.
Scratches may only be submitted digitally until the start of each meet. Once the competition has begun, scratches must be made on deck at the scoring table.
