Webinar on Social Justice in India: Constitution and Constitutionalism
Young Thinkers' Forum Assam is hosting a Webinar on "Social Justice in India: Constitution and Constitutionalism" in association with Samvaad, Discussion Society of NLU Sonepat and Hall of Wizdom, Discussion Society of NLU Assam. Mr. Aravindan Neelakandan and Mr. Akshat Bajpai are Keynote Speakers.
Mr. Aravindan Neelakandan is a renowned writer, journalist and columnist. He is the Contributing Editor at Swarajya. He is known for best-seller book 'Breaking India' co-authored with Mr. Rajiv Malhotra. He was awarded a junior research fellowship in cultural economics by Department of Culture, Government of India to research the economic potentials of the neglected ruins in Kanyakumari district in southern Tamil Nadu.
Mr. Akshat Bajpai is an Advocate practicing in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and across courts and tribunals in Delhi. He graduated from NUJS Kolkata (2009-14)and specializes in commercial litigation. He has handled matters of arbitration and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code among other areas of law.
