Please read carefully as submitting this form means you fully agree with the artist's terms and conditions.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request that goes against my terms and conditions.
Timeline & Scope of Work
- The artist will only start work upon initial payment.
- Please give the artist a 1-2 week period to finish your commissions, so be mindful of the time frame when commissioning! If it's a rush commission, please be reminded that an additional fee will be incurred. Don't hesitate to message the artist for updates regarding your commissions.
- The artist will send a sketch/sketches for approval and will only accept minimal revisions after this.
Payment
- The artist requires 50% initial down payment, and the other 50% before sending the final work.
- An invoice will be sent for the initial down payment and the final payment.
- Installment payment scheme is available for logo and design commissions. This can be discussed with the artist.
- No refunds are allowed, even if the client decides to cancel the commission.
Revisions
- The artist will accept up to three (3) minor revisions after the final sketch has been sent. Additional major revisions will be charged accordingly.
Copyright & Reproduction
All commissioned artworks are for personal use only UNLESS it's a LOGO/BRANDING and/or PRODUCT DESIGN commission. If you would like to purchase a commercial license for the commissioned work, please inform me through e-mail.
The artist reserves the right to:
- Include commissioned work in portfolios, the artist's social media accounts/pages, commission sheets, etc.
*If it's intended to be kept private, please let me know!
The commissioner is not allowed to:
- Reproduce and sell the commissioned artwork.
- Edit, manipulate, the commissioned artwork in any way.
- Remove any watermarks put by the artist on the commissioned piece.
- Claim the commissioned artwork as their own work.
- Post the artwork online WITHOUT proper credit.
Commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE only, unless it is a LOGO/BRANDING/PRODUCT DESIGN commission. Reproduction of this artwork without permission will be in violation of the Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.
