Group classes are the foundation of the TQH system. Within them, students practice the signature Seven Static Exercises, dynamic leg lifts, and occasional seated meditation to explore the postural, motion, and breathing habits that bring them “off center,” causing tension and experiences of dis-ease in daily life. As students recognize and accept destabilizing habits, the condition is created to launch away from them. Classes emphasize precise, body-focused guidance to systematically shift one's state of being towards true, centered alignment.
