Lafayette 2023-24 Annual Giving Campaign (AGC) Participation Form
The Annual Giving Campaign (AGC) is Lafayette’s biggest fundraiser for the year where we directly ask parents and caregivers for monetary donations to support Lafayette school programs not covered by SFUSD funding. This year, the PTA has special rewards for our children as AGC reaches participation milestones.  Participation can be in the form of monetary donation or volunteering at PTA event(s).
