PyLadies Vienna mentorship programme

This one-to-one programme is aiming on connecting mentees with mentors based on needs and wishes of the mentee and expertise of the mentors. It would be great if you are able to define what you are looking for, but if you just want a learning buddy it is also fine.

For whom is the mentoring programme?

  • You are looking for someone with specific knowledge in a field who can help you achieve your goals.

  • You want to continue studying and want a buddy who will hold you accountable and help with tips and tricks when needed.

  • You want to land a job in IT and want someone to help you on this journey.

  • You want to jump from junior to medior and build a skills (not only technical) needed.

How to join and how does it work?

  2. We will reach out to you once we find an available mentor matching your wishes - it can take some time, but we shall not forget about you!

  3. We will put you in touch with your mentor and provide you with a starting guide and draft possible first steps.

  4. Mentorship do not have a specific start and end - you can start at any time of the year
