After filling this form, you are further required to confirm your registration by sending an email to obchod@hotelds.cz (CC to hacklova@sisal.mff.cuni.cz)
with the subject of your email HiVisComp 2024. Please, indicate the dates of your stay, in case of family groups also number of persons (adults and children) and the billing address to which you wish to have your invoice issued. In response to your email the hotel will issue a Proforma Invoice in the amount of 50% of the value of your stay. Once you pay your Proforma Invoice deposit, your registration is completed. Please, be informed that the amount of cca EUR 60/person/night is fixed (irrespective of the type of hotel room) and includes breakfast and dinner.
