Volunteer Opportunities: Edmonton Pro-Am Basketball  is always looking for volunteers, as they increase the quality of the program for each player. Become a member of our team, and help our cause. Positions available are coaches, assistants, managers, fundraisers, referees and more. Are you willing to volunteer? *

Refund Policy: Parent may opt to withdraw their child 14 days prior to the start date of the program and receive the amount paid less $50 (Non-refundable admin and operational fee).  No Credit will be issued if withdrawal request is made with less than 14 days prior to the start date or if the program has already started. Withdrawal requests should be sent to proambasketball@gmail.com. No refund or credits are issued for missed practices, cancellations due to inclement weather, communicable diseases or school facility cancellations. In signing below each person verifies to have read, understand and agree the refund policy above and its terms and conditions. *
Waiver and Release of Liability:  In registering for the Edmonton Pro-Am Youth Basketball, I understand and acknowledge that there are risks associated with my participation in the programs’ activities, be it on or off the court or gym. My Images and likeness will be used on social media, team pics and for promotional purposes on our website and marketing materials. I agree to release and hold harmless the Edmonton Pro-Am Youth Basketball, its' sponsors, organizers, promoters, facilities and all other persons or entities associated with the Edmonton Pro-Am Youth Basketball from any and all injury or damage, for any claims or causes of action whatsoever, for any loss or injury suffered by me or my children. I verify that I am or my son/daughter is physically fit to be able to participate in the activities of the Edmonton Pro-Am Basketball. Every player and their parent/guardian must read this Waiver Form. In accepting below each person verifies to have read, understand and agree to abide to the Waiver and Release of Liability above and its terms and conditions.   *
