DDD Drop-In Form
Hello from the Dallas Derby Devils! Practices have resumed in DFW, and we are welcoming drop-in skaters and officials. We would love to have you! The Dallas Derby Devils hold practice consistently on Thursdays at Forum Roller World, located at 1900 S Great SW Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. Please email DDD Training at training@derbydevils.com with any additional questions.

The following form must be completed PRIOR to showing up to the practice you wish to drop-in to. Our drop-in fees are $10, which must be paid PRIOR to attending practice. Payment should be made electronically through PayPal, Zelle or the website at https://www.derbydevils.com/members
*If paying through Paypal send to finance@derbydevils.com via "Friends & Family".

Note: Skaters are limited to two (2) drop-in practices MAX before DDD will ask that monthly dues be paid and USARS insurance verification provided.
