The programme will be launched from Spring term and will include the following elements. All materials will be made available asynchronously via Google Drive as soon as schools have signed up:  

- Launch Webinar Recording for the Maths Lead and a strategic lead at school to support whole school implementation and school improvement prioritisation (Recorded webinar)

-Baseline Audit and Action Planning: A chance to reflect on starting point and articulate your own area of need to feed into the training

- Core Training for the Maths Lead (1) on the evidence and key concepts of curriculum prioritisation for accelerated learning  

- WB 2nd May: Live Surgery Drop In Sessions: Drop into the session for support and ask questions

- Phase Specific Dives: Workshops for all phases-  Maths lead to attend all
o Year 1 and 2 (2x 1 hour training sessions)
o Year 3 and 4 (2x 1 hour training sessions)
o Year 5 and 6 (2x 1 hour training sessions)

- WB 13th June: Live Surgery Drop In Sessions: Drop into the session for support and ask questions

-  Core Training for the Maths Lead (2) Core Exit Audit and Action Planning for Sustainability
