Join the SI COAD! Want to better prepare your organization for disasters and/or emergencies, be it an act of nature or man-made?  Staten Island Community Organizations Active in Disaster (SI COAD), a coalition managed by the Staten Island Not for Profit Association (SINFPA), facilitates learning, networking and communication among coalition participants, and serves as a resource in emergency preparedness and disaster response for our local community-based organizations, medical/health care institutions and social services organizations and partners.
