to these Terms and Conditions.
We will review your application and let you
know by email if you've been approved. Hold off on making any payments
until you receive our approval.
Deadline for submitting this application
is Wednesday, 21st February 2024, 6pm.
Here are a few important things to keep in
mind:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At the KJS PTA School Fair, we strive to
offer a diverse range of products by assigning stalls strategically. While we
cannot guarantee exclusivity, we aim to avoid duplication.
Table size: 60cm x 120cm. Price: HK$500 (1
table), HK$ 1000 (2 tables)
Clothing vendors are required to bring
their own racks, with a maximum of two for each table space. Pull-up banners
are allowed, but must be placed behind the table within the allocated space.
Stall holders are responsible for keeping their spaces and the property clean
and tidy at all times and for clearing up at the end of the event.
Whilst the venue has good ceiling lights, stall holders
can bring their own portable lights for better visibility. Please note that
electricity may not be provided at the tables, so advanced requests must be
made if needed. Stall holders must take care of their belongings and the
allocated space to prevent any damage to the venue or furniture. Affixing
anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings with staples or tape is strictly
prohibited. Only the products stated in the application
can be displayed, and any changes must be approved by the KJS PTA School Fair
committee. By participating in the fair, stall holders agree to allow the organisers to take photographs for marketing purposes. All stall holders must
have the necessary business registration and public liability insurance for
their goods or services, and KJS or KJS PTA LTD cannot be held responsible for
any claims related to the products sold at the fair.
Please note that selling alcohol for on or
off-site consumption and selling food to be consumed on the day of the fair are
not permitted.
Set up will begin at 9am on the 16th of
March. Parking will not be available for stall holders, and no goods can be
delivered before 9am on Saturday morning. All stall holders must complete set
down and pack up by 5pm on the 16th of March.
REFUND POLICY:
Your payment is non-refundable, but you
can transfer your table/space to another vendor with enough notice and prior
approval from the KJS PTA School Fair Committee.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (like
a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal no. 8 or higher on the day of the
event), we will reschedule the fair to another day, no refunds will be given.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
Please wait for our approval first before
making any payments. Once we've reviewed your application, we'll send you an
email to let you know if you've been approved.
