O' Cayman Registration Form 2019
Sign up to our second annual O' Cayman tournament!

Format: indoor,  one division (open)
Date: 26th and 27th of October, 2019 (same date as UKU University Mixed Indoor Regionals)
Location: The Edge, University of Leeds, Leeds
Team Fee: £130 for open

Registration will close September 22nd, 2019.

We’ll be hosting a legendary fancy dress themed party on the Saturday night! Theme: Monsters!
We'll be sending out payment details for those who have been successful at a later date.
Minimum of 5 players per team; maximum of 10 players per team
This form does not guarantee entry.
