Cove FFA Pork Survey
The Cove FFA Chapter and Agriculture Program are once again raising pigs for butcher. In the past we have sold our pork by the whole (~200 lbs) or half (~100 lbs) and charge by the pound based on hanging weight. The Ag Production, Marketing, and Communication Class is seeking information to develop a marketing plan to better understand trends pertaining to pork consumption so we can best fit the needs of our community.
