Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) 2022 Tri-Region Application
RYPEN is a 4-day camp for full-time students between the ages of 14 and 18. The objective of the camp is to encourage personal growth and to bring about a happy and productive youth who is a positive role model in their community and to their peers. It is hosted by the RYPEN Committee in partnership with local Rotary Clubs across Rotary International District 5370.

This year, it will be held from May 5th to May 8th, 2022 at Birch Bay Ranch in Sherwood Park, AB.

Rotary Clubs in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County are providing full sponsorship for youth from our area to attend RYPEN.  Applications for sponsorship must be completed by April 15, 2022.  Applicants chosen for sponsorship will be contacted by April 18 and advised to fill out the camp registration before April 22.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email brad.mastaler@gmail.com.

What can you expect from RYPEN?
Participants are involved in a variety of workshops and activities that provide an opportunity for personal development, gaining self confidence, communication skills, attaining an understanding of how to set and achieve goals, challenging their personal boundaries, taking control of their own future, building friendships, and developing life skills. RYPEN will provide you with transportation, cabin accommodations, and food during the conference.

COVID Note: Participant safety is our priority. As such, all participants of RYPEN 2022 will be required to bring Proof of Vaccination. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, and we still hope to see you all at RYPEN 2022.

Our review committee will review your application and advise you by email about whether you have been selected to attend by April 17, 2022.  If selected, you may proceed to register for RYPEN and indicate that the Rotary Club of Spruce Grove or Rotary Club of Parkland After Dark are sponsoring your attendance at the conference.
