Lost & Found Form

Please fill out this form if your child has lost something during their time at Muskoka Woods.

If your items has been turned in, you will be contacted and given the choice of picking up your item or having it shipped to you. Shipping and handling costs will be charged to your credit card.

All unclaimed items are held for 3 weeks, or until the end of the summer, whichever is shorter. Then they are disposed of, or donated to a charitable organization.

Muskoka Woods and its staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items

All shipping and handling charges will be charged to the credit card on file, prior to shipping. Items less than 5kg, will be shipped in pre-sized boxes at rates of $25, $30 & $35. For larger items, please contact the MW office. *
