Section 8. Board Meetings.
The Board shall keep for each meeting written minutes, which includes a record of those board members present, and record of votes on all motions. The minutes of the board meeting shall be available to offices and members in accordance with the provisions of these bylaws.
• The Notice must state the place, date, and time of the Meeting, which can be mailed and/or emailed. Board meetings happen every month (1st Tuesday of the month, but it can be modified based on board members availability).
