Opportunity to take attendees on a site tour during your hosted event.

MPIMP will share survey feedback from attendees regarding their satisfaction with your property
Monthly Education Program Specifications:
1. Registration will begin 12:30 PM. Please provide 2 skirted tables, four chairs and a waste basket.
2. A variety of beverages should be provided for participants during registration.
3. Meeting rooms should accommodate up to 60 individuals seated in crescent rounds.
4. A-V to be provided gratis: podium, microphone, projector, screen

12:00 - 12:30 PM MPIMP reps arrive and set up
12:30 - 1:00 PM Registration
1:00 PM Welcome
1:00 - 1:45 PM Lunch
1:45 - 2:00 PM Announcements and Speaker Introduction
2:00 - 3:00 PM Education Presentation
3:00 PM Wrap-up and Door prizes
3:15 PM Site/Property Tour
3:00 - 5:00 PM MPIMP Board of Director's meeting

MPIMP lunch budget: $20.00/person (inclusive)

MPIMP's Board of Directors typically meets following the education session. The board meeting can either take place in the same meeting space or in a smaller room that will accommodate up to 15 individuals. Coffee/tea/decaf and water should be provided gratis.

A door prize is required from each host site.

Our chapter is required to submit a report to MPI National for all in-kind contributions received. Please be prepared to provide the value of all items comped or reduced when hosting an event for MPIMP.
