Déguster la France 2019
Bonjour!  Please use this form to register for the National French Week French Food and Wine Tasting Event, sponsored by AATF Chicago / Northern Illinois, and generously hosted by Chez Moi, 2100 North Halsted Street, Chicago, Illinois 60614.  This event will take place Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 3 - 5 pm.  Come enjoy an afternoon learning about French wine and food pairings while you meet fellow lovers of French language and culture!  

Registration fee: $40 per person, includes 5 wines and 5 cheese/appetizer pairings.

You are welcome to bring a guest or more than one guest who share your love of French language and culture! If you are bringing more than one guest, please fill out the information below for your first guest, then email us at aatfnfw@gmail.com to pass on the names of your additional guests.  Please remember that spaces will be confirmed only guests who have paid for their reservations.

Paper registration forms are not available for this event.  You must register using this form AND you must submit a payment in order to guarantee a reservation.  Completion of this form alone will not hold a spot for you at this event.  After you complete this form, click "SUBMIT" and then wait for the confirmation page where you will be reminded to submit the registration fee: $40 per person.  Payment instructions are also noted below.  

All registration payments are nonrefundable. Should you cancel your attendance of this event, we will not be able to give refunds.

Payment by check: Make checks payable to AATF Chicago/Northern Illinois Chapter, mail check to:  Nitya Viswanath, Amos Alonzo Stagg High School, 8015 West 111th Street, Palos Hills, Illinois, 60465.  Checks must be received by Saturday, November 2, 2019.

Please note that photos and/or videos of participants will be taken at the meeting and may be published to the AATF webpage, social media, and/or in the chapter newsletter. By submitting this form, you give authorization to the AATF Chicago to publish photos/videos that include your image.

Reservations and payments will be taken through Saturday, November 2, 2019.  Space is limited, don't miss out!

The west side of Halsted is metered parking; the east side is free.
