Our mission is to provide high school youth (
YOU) opportunities to encounter Jesus Christ and His love and a community to accompany each of you as you grow deeper in your relationship with Christ.
Each of you will experience Christ in a unique way and seek to grow your relationship with Him in ways that suit your personality.
As leaders of Vita Nova youth group, we try to provide something for everyone. We have noticed that our efforts to provide opportunities and to accompany you are not meeting the needs of the majority of our youth. In an effort to better serve you, our high schoolers, we are asking for feedback. Please be intentional with this, and please be open and honest. If you are dissatisfied with something, please explain why so that we know how to address the concern and aren't left stumbling in the dark, still missing the mark.
Parents, you are also welcome to participate - please indicate in Section 5 that you are an adult so we can differentiate responses!
We know that this is a long survey, and comments are required as we are trying to be thorough in understanding the needs of our Vita Nova community. If you can please complete this by Sunday, 10/23, we would be most grateful! If not, please complete this at your earliest convenience. For those who attend on 10/23, we will give this survey for you to fill out and discuss during Vita Nova.
