Dear parent or guardian by clicking 'SUBMIT' you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below:

The participant, named below, has my permission to participate in all activities on camp.
Although I understand that every care is taken to ensure his/her safety, I am aware that attendance is at their own risk.
I hereby agree to indemnify Scripture Union, Rocklands Centre, appointed leaders, associates and volunteer staff and to hold them harmless in respect of any liability for any injury, loss or damage or expenses of whatever nature any person or property how so ever caused.
I hereby authorise the organisers to administer appropriate First Aid and to arrange for medical treatment or hospitalisation in case of an emergency.
I shall not allow the applicant to leave for the camp unless his/her health is in every way satisfactory.
