We are going to Camp Zephyr Session 3 which is June 29th-July 3rd.
This is only the registration form. This does save your student a spot at camp, but it does not complete the registration process. Once you turn this form in, Jonathan will send you an e-mail containing an attachment with some church paperwork along with a link to the rest of the paperwork for the camp itself. You can also fill out this form online via a link on our website at
fbchuffman.org/students. Registration is completed once these forms are completed. Jonathan will send you an e-mail notifying you when all your forms are complete. Please make sure you put down an e-mail on this form that you regularly check.
Registration Information:
Registration for camp will open on January 30th at 8 AM. The cost will be $345 if you register by May 31st. After that it will be $395. Payment is due June 10th. Payment is not required to save a spot.
There will be opportunities this semester for students to earn some scholarships for camp. In order to receive a partial or full scholarship, students must participate in scholarship work opportunities. More information will be coming about these opportunities.
There are also some cool prizes for those who register quickly!
Anyone who registers on January 30th will get to be a part of the Day One Squad. The Day One Squad will get a special Day One Squad t-shirt, and get to participate in a special Day One Squad dinner fellowship the week before camp. Anyone can be a part of the Day One Squad as long as they register on January 30th. Remember, payment is not due until June 10th!
Anyone who registers in the first week will get to pick their spot on the bus (and the spot of one friend). This will go in order of who registers first. Those who register in the first week will also be entered into a drawing for various prizes, including money for the snack shack at camp.
If we have at least 45 students registered by April 1st, then we will take a coach bus instead of rental vans. This will be safer and more cost effective at that number of students.
