AHN HS Apple ID & Education Account Form
2019-2020:

All high school girls are issued a unique school Apple ID account. Students may NOT use a personal Apple ID on the iPad and MacBook used for school. Girls matriculating from AHN 8th grade will be issued new Apple ID's for HS and must also complete this form.

An Apple ID is the account used to set up student devices and to access Apple Services like the App Store, iTunes Store, iCloud and more. The school issued ID is specific to each student and should not be shared with anyone else. The ID also allows students to install apps managed by the school's mobile device management (MDM) software.

Academy's MDM regularly collects an inventory of installed apps on the devices. Use of the MDM allows Academy's technology staff to see which apps are installed on the devices and update inventory of the apps as needed. This may also be used as an investigative tool in response to specific concerns. Students should have no expectations of privacy for the content on their devices just as they do not for their lockers. Academy reserves the right to inspect contents of student's devices at any time without advanced notice.

Your daughter will also be assigned a school email, and other accounts for academic purposes. Please answer the following questions so Academy may set up an Apple ID for your daughter.
