Registrations are far from complete, leaving team assignments waiting to take all possibilities/factors into consideration.
Please, complete this section and submit prior to application to league.

For acceptance to the league

The following are part of player assignments to teams in CSL.

Eligibility applied as per CSL Rules of Play

MAXIMUM of 15 players per team

Every player with "rep" team (league above HL) experience is given the opportunity of playing up a division.

*Players who played as a member of a “higher level” (above HL) team (previous season), that have TWO or more seasons experience as a player at that level, are accepted at an AGE ABOVE their registration age.

MAXIMUM of THREE "rep" (league above HL) players (from previous season)

Registered players are being assigned to teams with age and experience balance.

Assured all registrations have addressed "Rowan's Law" requirement.

Other areas addressed in planning:

Have an established "waiting list" for extras (by date of registration)

Team player combinations required the inclusion of younger division players.

Have full list of currently registered players (team assignments pending at this point?)

CONVENOR PREPARATIONS FOR THE SEASON:

The "To Do" list includes:

Submit weekly registration number updates to CSL (beginning in March)

Submit draft Team Rosters including birth dates, for player eligibility.

Submit finalized (as of June 30th) Team Rosters by July 1st

Arrange to fulfill Association's commitment to playoff coverage (for 1 diamond).

Enjoy supporting Association's teams at play.

Provide conflict resolution pertaining to your association's participants.

Available for conflict resolution as may be requested by the executive.

Collaborate with member associations to assure player placement and teams throughout the league.

Collaborate with member associations in event coordinations.

Become familiar with rules specific to each division.

Require, accept and respect the privacy of information shared for CSL purposes and its participants.

Commit umpires (3 per association) to be assigned to a crew for playoffs.
