The green meet 2025 will have a focus on the garden,
enjoying being outdoors and supporting biodiversity.
We encourage applications from vendors who can
demonstrate a clear correlation between what they do / how they work and the
focus of the event.
Product and service businesses who are local /
have an existing relationship with us AND can demonstrate this focus will
receive priority confirmation.
We have a designated area for a set number of
food and beverage vendors that we seek to fill with a diverse offering of a
high standard. We have site rules and requirements which will be shared with you. You will be expected to comply with operational requirements to meet these.
We will not be accepting applications from vendors selling
cut flowers, plants and seeds as Fulham Palace’s own gardeners have exclusivity
on the types of product generated from our own garden.
Please ensure you answer the question below about the
relevance of our green theme to your work so we understand how your business demonstrates
a commitment to the garden, enjoying being outdoors and supporting
biodiversity.
We receive a huge number of applications each year and thank
you for your patience. If you are unsuccessful for the green meet, please do
not be discouraged from applying to other events in the calendar year
especially other events that have a focus that might be more relevant to you
such as Apple day which celebrates the harvest and has a focus on food and
drink or the Christmas fair which celebrates the festive season.
