Career Explorations Program - Volunteer to Share Your Career Path Journey with Students at IAE
This survey is to help us understand which category your career would fit into as we pull together speakers from our parent community for our various virtual Parent Career Panels to inspire students and help them understand the diverse career options they might wish to explore.  

It is also to capture those parents who can participate in our upcoming April 20th Career Day in-person event. 

We kicked off our second career panel on 11/29 and will be in touch as we organize various speaker panels, industry topics and other career events.

We are also building a database of Parent Mentors to work with our students and ask that if you have interest, you let us know in the questions below.

APRIL 20th, 2:45-5pm IN-PERSON CAREER DAY

We are inviting all interested parents to come and be a part of this program to help students explore various career options and learn what's it's like to be in your  position.  

Simply say YES and come to share what you do, how you began from college or high school (what classes helped you the most for example) etc. and answer their questions.  

Anyone from any field or position can help that day.  We will create table cards for you and students will go around from table to table connecting and learning from you.  

No stress, just bring yourself, and only if you want, any information about your company or a presentation to share if that's helpful to describing your work / role. 

It is right after school to allow our Canton/Plymouth students a chance to participate before their bus leaves as well. 

The Career Day is NOT intended as a formal interviewing day or company recruiting day, but if you know of internships you may certainly bring information to share with students.  We want students to feel relaxed and make it a fun, informative afternoon for them as well.
