Chill Out and Proud Somerset 2021 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in vending Chill Out & Proud Somerset 2021! The event will be held from noon-6 PM at Festival Field behind Somerset Community College. Please make sure to read all of the following information before completing your application:

Vendor spaces are priced as follows:
Food trucks: $100 per truck (accepting 4-6 first-come, first-served & guaranteed exclusivity of main food item upon receipt of application, vendor fee, & food handler's/seller's permit if applicable)

Snack & beverage vendors: $50 per 10x10 space (accepting 2-4 first-come, first-served & guaranteed exclusivity of main sale item upon receipt of application, vendor fee, & food handler's/seller's permit if applicable)

Artists/Artisans: $25 per 10x10 space; $35 if electricity is needed

Nonprofits: free

All other businesses/organizations: $30 per 10x10 space; $40 if electricity is needed

We welcome artists & artisans do to live creating/workshops within their vendor spaces, & welcome nonprofit vendors to host activities within their vendor spaces if so desired.

Electronic payments may be made to PayPal (pflagsomerset@gmail.com), Venmo (@PFLAG-Somerset), or to use a credit or debit card via the donate link at pflagsomerset.org/donate. Please include "vendor fee" and the name of your business/organization in the note. Checks & money orders can be made out to PFLAG Somerset and mailed to: P.O. Box 610 Somerset, KY 42502. Paper receipts available upon request.

We are unable to supply tents, tables, chairs, generators, or water connections. Electric hookups are available at Festival Field & vendors are responsible for their own extension cords, surge protectors, & whatever else is needed to connect.

Vendors may begin setting up at 10:30 AM & must breakdown by no later than 6:15 PM on Oct. 2nd, 2021.

After completing this form, making payment, & supplying any additional needed documentation, you will receive a follow-up email from pflagsomerset@gmail.com to the email you provide. Completion of this application does not guarantee a vendor spot. PFLAG Somerset does not guarantee a vendor spot. Vendors are responsible for their own tax documentation & reporting. PFLAG Somerset & Somerset Community College are not responsible for lost, stolen, &/or damaged items. We will accept vendors as long as there continues to be space or until 1 week prior to the event, Sept. 25th.

Should local, state, CDC, or institutional COVID-19 restrictions eliminate the possibility of an in-person festival, PFLAG Somerset KY plans to coordinate a virtual contingency. In this case, we would welcome vendors to do flash Pride sales at their brick & mortar locations or virtually as well as Pride marketing campaigns that can be shared to the Chill Out & Proud Somerset Facebook page. In this scenario, electronic vendorship would be free & any vendor fees paid would be reimbursed accordingly. In-person, we will require complete adherence to all COVID-19 guidelines.
