Dear Parents,

Staff spends a great deal of time and effort in arranging the most positive placement for each child.  In order to do that, we strive to establish classes that contain a mixture of varying abilities, leadership qualities, learning styles, personalities, special learning needs, and achievement levels.  Also taken into account will be a positive match of students with both peers and teacher.  

Your response to this questionnaire will assist us in learning about your son or daughter in order to make the best placement decision for your child. The information gathered will be shared with your student's teachers so they can become acquainted with their new students. Please understand that while all of your input will be considered, above all else, classroom balance must be maintained.  It is for this reason that we ask you not request a specific teacher.

Your questionnaire must be submitted no later than Friday, March 22, 2024.
