All employees are required to work at at least 2 shifts/week (Monday through Friday) and 1 shift per weekend (Saturday or Sunday). We will work with you to create a schedule that works with other commitments you may have. In addition, we are open for the following holidays: Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day as well as several major events held in Spring Lake right outside our door. We expect all employees to potentially work these dates if asked. It is expected that you will plan out your social and academic calendars so you can show up on time for the shifts you are assigned without conflicting with other areas of your life.
