In order to be admitted to the RQD's Montreal classes, you must follow these instructions before attending. Failure to do so will result in denial of access.

1. Complete this form. Check off all classes you intend to attend during the Spring 2022 semester. Your pre-registration is required, as due to the pandemic, a maximum number of participants per class has been set.

2. Once we have processed your registration, you will receive a confirmation from us, as well as an email from Services Québec inviting you to complete your participant form. You must do this before you attend your first class in the Spring 2022 session. Your form will be valid for all RQD classes in Montreal that you will attend during the current semester.

3. Shortly before each new series of classes in which you will be registered, you will receive an invoice. You will be required to pay the invoice within the required time frame.
