NWOCA Counselor of the Year is presented to a counselor who consistently provides outstanding services to their clients, models exemplary ethical and professional behavior, and shows commitment and dedication to the counseling profession.

NWOCA Supervisor of the Year is presented to a counseling supervisor who has provided exceptional counseling supervision. This individual shows a commitment to the advancement of counseling profession through quality supervision and prioritizes supervisee growth and development as a professional counselor.

NWOCA Graduate Student of the Year is presented to a masters or doctoral level counseling student. This individual shows a commitment to the counseling profession through exceptional academic performance and shows promise as a future professional counselor. Nominee must be a current member of OCA/NWOCA and be/have been enrolled in a counseling program during AY 2022-2023.
