Survey for Summer Supplemental Services
Students with an IEP (currently in grades K-8) and not recommended for the Extended School Year program based on their IEP, are invited to participate in the District's summer supplemental services program. This opportunity is available during the summer for students to practice their skills, specifically due to the pandemic and efforts to continue learning structures during the summer. The program will take place in person at Copper Hill School. Since bus transportation is not provided, you will be provided with some guidelines for dropping off and picking up your child on the scheduled dates.


The program will be offered twice a week for two hours beginning June 26 and ending July 28. At this time, the District will be securing staff for the program, and at the end of the school year, you will be provided updated information regarding your child's day of the week and time of participation in the program. The purpose of this survey is to give you an opportunity to comment on the day(s) of the week and the time that works best for your family. You can indicate your preference below and every effort will be made to accommodate.

 
Los estudiantes con un IEP (actualmente en los grados K-8) y no recomendados para el programa de Año Escolar Extendido según su IEP, están invitados a participar en el programa de servicios suplementarios de verano del Distrito. Esta oportunidad está disponible  durante el verano  para  que los estudiantes puedan  prácticar sus habilidades , específicamente debido a la pandemia y los esfuerzos para continuar aprendiendo estructuras durante el verano. El programa se llevará a cabo en persona, en Copper Hill School. Dado que no se proporciona transporte en autobús, se le proporcionarán algunas pautas para dejar y recoger a su hijo en las fechas programadas.


El programa se ofrecerá dos vez por semana durante dos horas comenzando el 11 de julio y terminando el 11 de agosto.
