* Camp Kaleidoscope is taking place at Assumption school, 236 Lévis Ave, Ottawa, K1L 6H8.

* Camp Weeks are July 11-15, July 18-22, July 25-29, August 2-5 and August 8-12.
* Camp Spots are available for Campers aged 4 to 21+ years of age.

* Camp Day will be 8:45 to 4:30 p.m. Times will need to be strictly adhered to.
*  Once again, we cannot offer additional Before or After Care hours this Year.

*Deadline for application submission is June 3rd, 2022 to secure your dates. Applications after this date will have to accept whatever spots are still available. -  You are required to submit a completed form for Each child.

* Registrations received by June 3rd will be considered for Allocations that will be confirmed by June 17th. We encourage you to Apply for as Many Weeks as you want providing your preferences. New Campers will initially be considered only for 2 Weeks – Additional Weeks will be subject to Space and Staff availability.

* The 5 day weeks will cost $700 per week and the 4 day short August week will cost $560. Additional Cost will be a Current Children at Risk, Ottawa Annual Family Membership of $65 – mandatory for Insurance Liability Purposes. New Member Families are required to pay $100 Membership to bring them to a renewal date of January 2024.

* Applications will only be considered with a Deposit of $100 – that will be applied to Fees/Membership or Refunded only if we cannot accommodate your child.

* Preferred Payment Method is Bank Etransfer - use Email bambina@childrenatrisk.ca - Message needs to say Camp K payment and then put child's full name - First & Last.

*Alternate Payment Methods can be discussed by calling during business hours: 613-741-8255.

*Confirmation of weeks registered will be emailed after completion of Allocations on June 17 – with a Request for Full Payment at that time.

*If your Child is under 18 years of age and has an Autism Diagnosis – you can apply for Autism Ontario 1:1 Summer Funding of up to $600 https://www.autismontario.com/camp but this CLOSES May 31, 2022
